The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure administration, and network management. With over 4 years of experience, you will respond to elevated support requests, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to operational standards. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in computer information systems.
• 4+ years of related remote and/or field work experience.
• Desired certifications include Azure Administrator, CCNA, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite escalation technical support for Managed IT clients.
• Respond to support requests escalated by the Service Desk Engineers.
• Troubleshoot according to best practices and standard operating procedures.
