Job summary

Avesis in Mississippi seeks a Provider Relations Representative (PR2) to connect our dental provider network with education, resources, and support. The hybrid role emphasizes field work and remote collaboration to build strong partnerships. You will educate providers, handle inquiries, and coordinate credentialing and contracting activities.

This role requires travel up to 50% and a commitment to improving access to care while supporting network performance and provider growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside in the state of Mississippi.
• 1–2 years of Dental office experience.
• Comprehension of Dental Terminology.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance and ability to use own vehicle.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
• Reliable internet service meeting minimum speeds.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers about state programs, policies and procedures.
• Conduct provider outreach via in-person/video/phone or email for training and coaching.
• Document provider interactions and resolution activities in system.
• Coordinate contracting and credentialing with recruitment and credentialing teams.
• Lead quarterly meetings with provider groups; route issues for resolution.
• Support adoption of tools and digital processes to improve efficiency.
