Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider education initiatives and respond to inquiries to improve the provider experience.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with provider groups and document outcomes.
• Coordinate contracting and credentialing processes with Network Recruitment and Credentialing teams.
• Maintain accurate records and generate provider directory and claims-related reporting.
