Avesis is seeking a Provider Relations Supervisor - Dental to lead the dental Provider Relations team and advance network performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance member access and provider experience, while guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in dental provider relations or related field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Provider Relations team operations and performance.
• Coach staff and drive employee engagement.
• Escalate and resolve complex provider issues.
• Monitor network capacity, access, and adequacy.
• Partner with Credentialing and Network Recruitment on contracts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
