Avēsis seeks a Provider Relations Supervisor - Dental to lead the dental Provider Relations team, improve provider experience, and ensure strong network performance. You will partner with Recruitment, Credentialing, Claims, and Customer Service to enhance operations and member access.

The role requires 3+ years in dental provider relations and 1+ year of leadership, plus a valid driver’s license. Avēsis offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of dental provider relations, dental health plan operations, network management, or related experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including direct supervision or team leadership.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance and use of personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dental Provider Relations team and drive provider experience, satisfaction, and network performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff through regular meetings and performance feedback.
• Serve as escalation point for complex provider, claims, contract, credentialing, and operational issues.
• Monitor provider capacity, network adequacy, geographic access, and market conditions to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve adoption of portals and tools for providers.
