Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years dental office experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in Pennsylvania; valid driver’s license essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains relationships with provider networks and coordinates education and training.
• Responds to provider inquiries and issues; coordinates with internal teams.
• Documents interactions and maintains accurate records; supports provider adoption of tools and portals.
