Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years dental office experience required.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on state programs, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and contracting activities.
• Document provider interactions and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate across departments to improve provider engagement and access.
• Conduct provider outreach and training sessions (in-person/virtual).
