Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operator to lead the deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. You will train end users, ensure product performance, and work with engineering, logistics, and operations to deploy and optimize solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and partners, translate requirements for engineers, and actively contribute to product development informed by field feedback.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience leading tech-enabled teams and influencing across organizations.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products to field missions, train end users, and ensure high performance.
• Drive relationships with customers, partners, users, and internal teams to understand priorities and requirements.
• Shape products by collaborating with customers and engineers to solve mission-critical challenges.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure deployment success and maintain open communication.
