Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance; polygraph within past 4 years.
• AA Degree in a related technical discipline or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification and Security+.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; customer service experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Mission IT team operates per SLA.
• Train incoming Mission IT personnel.
• Coordinate between enterprise partners and multi‑agency customers.
• Maintain Mission IT documentation (SOPs, knowledge bases, training materials).
• Support 24x7 operations with 12‑hour shift work and non‑standard hours.
• Interface with government and partner senior leadership and engineers.
• Provide timely enterprise metrics from management systems.
• Assist with initial incident triage and resolution for basic issues.
