Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Mission IT Operator to support a 24x7 government mission. The role requires strong Windows and Linux administration across a global environment and direct incident response in a fast-paced service center.

You will work 12-hour shifts (0600-1800, 1800-0600) 4 on 4 off, and coordinate with site leadership while maintaining secure infrastructures and resolving hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Must have DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II and Security+ certification.
• Experience administering UNIX, Linux and Windows systems in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues (servers, network, security).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure issues across the environment.
• Provide system administration and maintain security for assigned infrastructure.
• Support new infrastructure projects and maintain configuration documentation.
• Serve as 24x7 frontline support, triage incidents and escalate as needed.
• Create and manage tickets in ITSM/CRM platform; communicate with end users.
• Coordinate with enterprise resources to resolve operational issues.
