Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. seeks a senior schedule analysis professional with extensive space program experience to support Space Force Acquisition Executive operations.

You will manage tasks, assemble eSSS packages, and prepare leadership briefings to inform daily decisions. The role requires DoW/Space Force familiarity, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

• Ten years of schedule analysis experience, including five years in a space program.
• Experience assessing and consolidating technical and programmatic responses from DoW/Space Force stakeholders.
• Experience using Space Force/Air Force and DoW tools such as ETMS2, Platform 1 (Jira Confluence), and MS Office.
• Familiarity with recurring reporting cycles and maintaining acquisition records across digital databases.
• Experience serving as a point of contact for leadership and external oversight bodies.
• Minimum Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Space Access divisions to review, analyze, and disseminate daily tasks.
• Use NIPR & SIPR Task Management Tool (TMT) & email to retrieve/assign tasks and update tasker database.
• Assemble and provide instructions on eSSS packages.
• Prepare briefing slides for leadership and Team meetings.
• Assist with acquisition reporting (WAR, MAR, DAES, SAR, GAO BJR)
• Other duties as assigned
• Perform a wide variety of schedule management duties for Space Launch product lines/divisions to support program execution.
• Communicate clearly to support ongoing Space Force acquisitions.
