Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR & Personnel Support Specialist to provide executive-level personnel administration and workforce management for U.S. Space Force and allied national security space organizations.

You will support leadership, manage staffing actions, onboarding, and records, coordinating civilian, military, and contractor personnel activities. The role requires DoD/Space Force experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, personnel administration, executive administration, or workforce support.
• Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Air Force, or related federal agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level personnel and administrative support to leadership and staff.
• Track and process personnel actions, onboarding packages, awards, evaluations, and records.
• Coordinate civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions.
• Support workforce management activities including staffing status reporting and billet tracking.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and leadership task management.
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda, briefing materials, staffing packages, and reports.
• Support onboarding, travel coordination, and account access activities.
• Support compliance with DoD and Space Force guidance and maintain trackers and reporting systems.
