Job summary

Axon seeks a results-driven, onsite owner to drive the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic agencies. You will design, build, and deploy capabilities on Axon's stack, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and lead initiatives that translate mission goals into measurable operational improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on building, executive communication, and long-term advocacy for customer success in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments (8+ years).
• Preference for background in public safety, law enforcement, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven builder of automation, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in live customer settings.
• Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment, adoption, and outcomes onsite within strategic accounts.
• Design, build, and ship solutions using Axon platform components in agency environments.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues.
• Lead executive-level reviews, define success metrics, and drive mission impact.
• Maintain consistent onsite presence 3-4 days/week and track key success metrics.
