Job summary

Axon is seeking a hands-on builder to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will deploy on site, design and ship AI-enabled workflows, and drive adoption while coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

This role requires deep technical expertise and executive presence to transform agency operations and deliver production-ready solutions. You will maintain a strong onsite presence (3–4 days/week), measure mission impact, and iterate until changes stick, ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation in deployment environments (8+ years).
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products, configure and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns for other accounts.
• Lead on-site engagement and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues.
