Job summary

Sevita, a US-wide provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in California to support staffing for daily operations and ensure a qualified, diverse applicant pool. You will source candidates, screen resumes, draft ads, and build proactive recruiting strategies through campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with schools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
3–5 years of TA experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication with rapport-building.
Proficient with social media, ATS, and Excel.
Strong alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

Perform recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates.
Draft employment ads and determine external sources to recruit qualified applicants.
Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies (ads, job fairs, school programs).
Analyze recruitment and retention results for management reporting.
Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding programs and maintain confidential documents and employee files.
