Draft job ads, develop sourcing strategies, and track recruitment metrics to inform management. Travel as needed; a strong candidate experience is expected. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, reference/background checks, and offers.
• Drafts employment ads and selects external sources to recruit qualified applicants.
• Develops and implements sourcing and recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Analyzes recruitment results for reporting to management.
• Prepares appointment and maintains confidential HR documents.
