eBatiz + Associates, Inc is seeking a Nonprofit Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for mission‑driven programs. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, aligning talent with organizational values and program needs.

You will collaborate with program managers and department heads to define roles, execute strategic outreach, and ensure a fair applicant experience while promoting the organization’s social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience or passion for nonprofit sector and mission-driven work.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and HR metrics.
• Experience recruiting for homelessness shelters and health clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and outreach to build robust talent pools.
• Partner with department heads to define job specs and team needs.
• Structure interviews and hiring timelines to minimize bias.
