Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Owensboro, KY. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations and staff development within the Donated Goods Retail Operations team.

Expect a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week, at an hourly rate of $14.25. Responsibilities include greeting customers, supervising team members, processing donations, inventory tracking, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• English reading and writing; inclusive engagement with the public and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store operations and inquiries.
• Train and supervise teammates and meet sorting, pricing, and stocking standards.
• Process donations, sort per guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory.
