Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations and mission-driven goals. You will handle merchandise transactions, greet customers, and help maintain an inviting shopping environment while upholding Goodwill policies.

The role requires punctuality, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; a high school diploma and English literacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessments.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Must have punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with store questions.
• Assist in loading/unloading merchandise and help with store security as needed.
• Maintain proper cash handling, tallying and balancing of tills.
• Adhere to all Goodwill policies and procedures and help train team members.
