Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in the Donated Goods Retail Operations team.

Under the Store Manager, you will assist with daily processing, support the development of team members, clients, and volunteers, and identify opportunities for personal and professional growth in support of Goodwill’s mission. This full-time role includes an 8-hour shift (40 hours per week) with weekend availability, located in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Employment offer contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Train and supervise team members, and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
• Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and statistical reporting; ensure timely completion of activity reports and accurate donation counts.
