Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtain payment for merchandise by accurately itemizing and totaling customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic questions about store operations.
• Assist in training and development of store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Assist in load/unload, security, and stocking to keep store merchandise ready for customers.
• Adhere to all Goodwill policies and procedures including cash handling and safety.
