Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides SMILES customer service to ensure customers and donors receive prompt, courteous service.
• Directs subordinate staff to deliver SMILES customer service to all customers and donors.
• Maintains safety, security, and cash handling procedures as per SOPs.
• Manages store budget including sales, payroll and expenses to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store management team, staff, volunteers, and participants.
• Coordinates shipments, merchandise, and production scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Ensures merchandise is priced and displayed per standards and planograms.
• Implements seasonal promotions, store signage, and floor sets.
