Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales goals and control expenses as outlined in budgets.
• Appraise and price donated goods to maximize value.
• Ensure security, opening/closing procedures, and store maintenance.
• Train, supervise, and mentor retail staff and staff served by programs.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with direction from Marketing.
