Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license and insurability.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3 years retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image.
• Train employees and assist in planning daily store operations.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are accurate and timely.
• Open/close store and enforce loss prevention procedures.
• Supervise sales floor, donation center, and cashier functions.
• Assist with employee scheduling and performance reviews.
