Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support mission-driven store operations, greet customers, process transactions, and help keep the store stocked and organized to fund employment services and digital skills training.

This role requires basic cash handling, customer service, and teamwork with staff, clients, and volunteers. Nights and weekends may be required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day mission-integrated store operations.
• Accurately itemize and total customer purchases.
• Train and develop store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Maintain stocking, pricing, and merchandising; rotate products.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Perform duties as assigned and follow Goodwill policies.
