Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations, process customer transactions, and provide friendly assistance to shoppers and donors. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a busy Goodwill environment.

You'll help maintain merchandise flow, assist with stocking, and contribute to a positive donor and customer experience while following Goodwill policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Drug test and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process customer purchases accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about store operations and merchandise.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
