Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support mission-driven store operations, handle merchandise payments, assist with stocking, and provide friendly customer service.

Under the Store Manager, you will train team members and volunteers, ensure accurate cash handling, rotate stock, and follow Goodwill policies to maintain a positive donor and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Stock, price, sort and pull donated merchandise.
• Assist in training and developing store team members and volunteers.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about store operations.
