Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support day-to-day store operations and uphold the organization’s mission by assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and helping with donations.

Under the Store Manager, you will contribute to a friendly, efficient store atmosphere, train teammates, and ensure excellent customer service while following Goodwill policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read/write English.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Count till before and after each shift and reconcile drawer.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and process purchases.
• Stock, price, rotate, and pull merchandise as needed.
• Process donations and assist in loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
