Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. operates a mission-driven store, focusing on revenue to fund employment services and digital skills programs. The Sales Associate will manage register transactions, assist customers, and support donation processing and merchandising activities daily.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will help train team members, maintain product flow, and ensure a positive customer and donor experience while upholding Goodwill policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer-based register system and balance till.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with store operations and merchandise.
• Assist in stocking, pricing, sorting, and rotating merchandise to keep store fresh.
• Train and develop store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Support in loading/unloading goods and maintain store security.
