Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in daily mission-integrated store operations and ensure efficient cash handling and customer service.

The role includes itemizing purchases, stocking, and maintaining merchandise quality while supporting staff and volunteers. Under Store Manager leadership, you will contribute to a positive donor and customer experience, process donations, and help meet production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.

Responsibilities

• Count till before and after each shift and reconcile till.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with store operations and merchandise questions.
• Assist in training and developing store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Load and unload merchandise as needed and help with store security.
