Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in Millersport, Ohio. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, lead fundraising efforts, and support a Christ-centered team environment while managing scheduling and enrollment.

The role emphasizes community engagement, donor stewardship and compliance with school policies. Flexible weekend/evening events and daytime school-hour availability are expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.
• Love building relationships, leading teams, and communicating clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication and stewardship.
• Oversee enrollment, scheduling and basic administrative tasks; assist with budgeting and fundraising coordination.
• Recruit, train, and support team members and ensure a safe, welcoming culture.
