Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time program director to lead and grow its LifeWise program in the local community. You will build relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members, and coordinate fundraising, donor communication and events.

The role emphasizes recruiting and supporting a faith-centered team, managing operations, scheduling, enrollment, and compliance, while maintaining a gospel-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy locally.
• Communicate the program's vision and impact.
• Coordinate local fundraising and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Present to churches and host fundraising events and outreach initiatives.
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to sustain and grow the program.
• Recruit, train and support team members.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
• Part-time role with 15-20 hours per week; some daytime availability during school hours; occasional events.
