Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Kent, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the LifeWise program in your community. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, and serve as the program's local ambassador.

You will coordinate fundraising, donor relations and community outreach while recruiting and supporting volunteers, and ensuring classes run smoothly and safely. This role offers mission-driven leadership and flexible hours in a growing movement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission is essential.
• Ability to recruit, train and support volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted LifeWise Academy representative in the local community.
• Communicate the program's vision and impact.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Conduct church presentations and outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, train and support team members.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
