Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director in Ohio to lead and grow our LifeWise program in the community. The role emphasizes building partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members, and representing LifeWise with integrity.

You will lead fundraising, recruit and support volunteers, coordinate schedules, enrollment and basic operations, and foster a safe, Christ-centered culture for students and families while ensuring sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or volunteer coordination is helpful; a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead local fundraising, donor communications and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Oversee program operations including scheduling, enrollment and basic administration tasks.
