Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Mulesoft Mission Programs Account Executive to serve as the domain expert within DOW and the DIB.

You’ll bridge Mulesoft technology with complex defense operations as a Mission Programs Partner, leveraging extensive DOW experience to identify gaps and position Mulesoft as the integration layer across data at the edge. You will collaborate with SIs and internal AEs to align CRM, Tableau, and Slack with mission outcomes, while navigating a Three-Legged Stool

Qualifications

5+ years of experience within or supporting DOW.
5+ years selling Integration (iPaaS), API Management, or ESB.
Ability to translate military requirements into digital transformation strategies.
Experience in Federal Business Development or Capture for large programs within the DOW.
SaaS & Hybrid Cloud fluency; knowledge of FedRAMP High, IL5, IL6 security architectures.
Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

Mission Mapping: translate complex operational needs into MuleSoft and Informatica solutions.
Capture & Influence: shape requirements before RFP and support post-award positioning.
Executive Presence: advise DOW and DIB leadership on mission value.
Programmatic Thought Leadership: develop Mission Plays for DOW problems.
Ecosystem Orchestration: coordinate with SIs and partners for integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Core AEs to power CRM, Tableau, and Slack mission sets.
Complex Stakeholder Management: navigate the Three-Legged Stool of defense sales.
