GEO is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will handle case files, ensure accuracy in A-files and ICE systems, and coordinate interviews, removals, and docket updates.

Strong data entry, privacy compliance, and ability to work with translation services are essential; an associate degree or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year of related industry experience required.
• Experience with reviewing law enforcement documents such as A-files and DHS databases.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential, complex duties.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration cases and document preparation.
• Enter and verify case data in ICE systems with accuracy.
• Maintain and update A-files and court records.
• Coordinate interviews and travel for detainees and ICE officers.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to ICE personnel.
• Surge support after hours as required.
