GEO Secured Services seeks a Case Processing Specialist to support immigration records management and document preparation for ICE personnel. You will handle case files, ensure data accuracy, and maintain case status across ICE systems.

Role requires coordination with EOIR, USCIS, and ICE officers, with strong attention to detail and proficient use of Microsoft Office. Eligible candidates will join a mission-driven team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or one year of related industry experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documents or interviewing immigration/detention cases preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing objectives and DHS policies.
• Proficient with PC applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter data into ICE systems ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date case status records and tracking logs.
• Coordinate interviews and removal processes with ICE, EOIR, and USCIS.
• Provide logistics and administrative support; surge after-hours as needed.
