• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business development, capture, or mission management supporting the federal, state, or local governments, or 9+ years of experience in business development, capture, or mission management supporting the federal, state, or local governments in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature a mission-aligned pipeline that reflects customer demand signals, budget trends, and multi-year acquisition.
• Maintain a visible, credible presence across the client and industry spaces with active participation in mission forums, industry engagements, and community events.
• Partner with capture teams and proposal teams to develop win themes, discriminators, and mission-aligned solutions.
