Job summary

Quantum Space is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles supporting space mobility. This contract role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.

You will manage candidate communications, screen and coordinate interviews, and advise on market trends, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, space, advanced manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and business functions, including engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communications and maintain an exceptional candidate experience across the recruiting process.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
• Meet recruiting metrics expectations, pipeline activity goals, and hiring progress.
• Represent Quantum Space at industry events, career fairs, university recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
