Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in highly technical industries such as aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and business functions, including engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate communications and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices
• Meet recruiting metrics expectations, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
• Represent Quantum Space at industry events, career fairs, university recruiting events, and networking opportunities

What It Takes
