Job summary

Axon seeks an experienced, onsite builder to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic agencies. You’ll design, ship, and sustain AI-enabled workflows and integrations on site, balancing technical build with operational leadership.

Experience across hardware, software, cloud, and enterprise deployments is essential. You will maintain a strong presence with agency leadership, drive adoption, measure impact, and collaborate with Product and Sales to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required
• Proven builder who has shipped automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment, adoption, and ongoing success on site
• Design and ship tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines
• Build with Axon products and extend DENMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns
• Apply CJIS and privacy guardrails in every build and ensure production readiness
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services
