Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to warmly greet donors and customers, assist with basic questions, and support efficient store operations to maximize revenue for our mission.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will accept donations, sort according to policy, maintain records, and help train team members and volunteers while adhering to Goodwill guidelines. A high school diploma and English fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines.
• Assist in training of team members and volunteers.
• Maintain a cheerful disposition when serving customers/donors.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
