Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is seeking a Donor Greeter to support mission-driven store operations and customer service. You will greet donors, assist with questions, and help process donated goods while aiming for efficient, safe store performance.

Under Store Manager guidance, you may train team members and volunteers, handle basic calculations for donations, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Light lifting and pallet jack use are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to meet production standards for sorting, pricing and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide assistance with questions.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and track donations.
• Assist in training team members and maintain safe housekeeping.
