Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers, assisting with questions and supporting store operations to maximize revenue for mission programs.

Under the Store Manager, the Donor Greeter will accept donations, process items, train peers, and maintain a cheerful service while meeting production standards and safety guidelines, including pallet jack use and donation tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide assistance with basic questions.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and perform basic donation tracking.
