Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to support mission-driven store operations. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and help train team members while contributing to a smooth, cost-effective store operation that maximizes revenue for Goodwill's mission.

The role requires customer-service excellence, the ability to perform basic calculations, operate pallet jacks, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide excellent service.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Assist in training and development of store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Perform necessary janitorial and housekeeping tasks to keep processing areas clean and safe.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility for nights and weekends.
