Job summary

Diocese of Lansing seeks a Mission-driven CEO to lead Catholic Charities of Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties (CCIEC) in alignment with Catholic Social Teaching. The CEO will guide strategy, operations, and fundraising while upholding governance with the Board and Diocese.

This role requires seasoned nonprofit leadership, strong financial stewardship, HR oversight, and a deep commitment to serving marginalized communities within Catholic tradition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare required; advanced degree preferred.
• Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing.
• Experience in budgeting and complex funding structures.
• Proven change-management and executive leadership in nonprofit/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Faithful fulfilment of mission and values aligned with Catholic Social Teaching.
• Oversee organizational strategy with the Board and Diocese.
• Ensure financial solvency through diversified funding and development goals.
• Lead HR and staff development, including retention and culture.
• Collaborate with Catholic Charities agencies to optimize operations.
