Job summary

A leading non-profit organization in Cleveland is seeking a President/CEO to oversee operations and ensure alignment with its mission. The candidate must possess a Master's Degree and significant executive management experience in health and human services, along with a strong connection to the Roman Catholic Church. Responsibilities include directing services offered by the organization and promoting advocacy for social reform. This full-time position provides a competitive salary of $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year, along with benefits including medical and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 5 – 10 years of progressive senior/executive level management experience.
• Must be a fully initiated and practicing member of the Roman Catholic Church.
• Proven impactful executive level management experience in health and human services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities are consistent with the mission and values of Catholic Charities.
• Direct the provision of all services and represent Catholic Charities at various forums.
• Promote awareness of health and human service needs within the diocese.
