Sunshine Communities invites a visionary leader to guide a faith-based nonprofit serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northwest Ohio. You will oversee operations across campuses, homes, day programs, and community initiatives, shaping a strategic plan and advocating for the IDD community.

The CEO will steward 75+ years of service, strengthen funding resilience, uphold Christian Mennonite values, and build trusted relationships with staff, families, and partners

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Leadership, Organizational Leadership or related field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated progressive senior leadership experience with strong leadership, decision making and communication skills.
• Experience leading a complex, multi-site healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or developmental disabilities organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sunshine through a changing funding world and shape its next strategic plan.
• Guide the organization with heart and discipline, fostering trust with staff, families, and partners.
• Grow philanthropic support and build strong external relationships with lawmakers, boards, and collaborators.
• Ensure financial strength and operational excellence in a Medicaid-funded environment.
