Catholic Charities of Ingham, Eaton & Clinton Counties seeks a Development and Partnerships Manager to secure funding and build strategic relationships. This role combines grant writing, sponsorship development, and event coordination to drive revenue and community engagement.

As a member of the Development team, this position helps advance the organization’s mission and visibility throughout the community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of fundraising, grant writing, partnerships, or event planning experience.
• Proven success in writing and securing grants, sponsorships, or other funding sources.
• Experience planning and executing events, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Strong relationship management with donors, sponsors, or community partners.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and donor databases such as Bloomerang.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Research, write, and manage grant proposals with compelling narratives and timely submissions.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies and packages.
• Plan and execute fundraising and community events from concept to completion.
• Track and report fundraising activities, grant outcomes, and partnership performance.
• Maintain records of donors, grants, and sponsorships using CRM or databases.
• Collaborate with leadership to align funding priorities and messaging.
• Monitor funding opportunities and industry trends to identify new revenue streams.
• Support stewardship with reports, updates, and donor communications.
