Job summary

CRISTA Ministries is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive advertising sales for KWPZ FM, KWPZ Stream, PRAISE 1065, KCIS, KCMS, and digital properties. This role focuses on generating revenue through in-person presentations, securing contracts, and maintaining customer relationships across the CRISTA Media network.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing is preferred.
• WA State Driver’s License or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Develop new advertising revenue through direct, in-person solicitation of advertisers, agencies, and business decision-makers.
• Meet or exceed goals for new business development, account growth, and revenue generation.
• Maintain and expand relationships with local businesses, advertising agencies, and community leaders to generate revenue.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
